We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Authority To Leave
Ross Faulkner P/L couriers require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to take delivery, Ross Faulkner P/L requires an “authority to leave”. If no one will be able to take delivery of your order please tell us in the COMMENTS FIELD of the online store checkout that you give authority to leave your order along with instructions on where to leave it.

Delivery of Goods to Non-Residential Addresses
We have had some instances of our courier having to mark goods as undeliverable as they cannot find a residence. This has commonly occurred when the delivery address is a business rather than a residence but no company name is provided, just the address. As such, if you elect to have your purchased goods delivered to a NON-RESIDENTIAL address (such a business location) please ensure that the delivery address includes ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION, including company name, to identify the correct delivery location. This will minimise the risk of non-delivery of your goods.

General Information
Delivery only available: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Business days).
Delivery is only available to ground floor only. (Door to door service);
If you have allocated a day for delivery and no one is home to sign for the product, a card will be left and a redelivery fee of $20 will be charged;
Your item(s) can only be redelivered until the redelivery fee $20 has been received;
If you suspect the item is damaged, please sign as “unchecked freight” so that if the item is in fact damaged, then we can hold the courier liable;
Please submit this form online in 2 days after you received the link. Otherwise, delivery delay may be caused;
If you put “no one at home, please leave the item at alternative address”. The alternative address must be in the same delivery street. Otherwise, additional freight charge will occur.

For big items more than 30kg

Due to varying delivery driver schedules, we are unable to arrange preferred times for you, so it’s important to be at the nominated address to receive goods. In the event you are not home to receive your delivery, a notification card will be left at the address so that you can call the courier and arrange re-delivery.
